Requirements
Basic Functions
The position is responsible for planning, execution and completion of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects based on an established project management process in order to meet specifications on time, cost and quality.

Job Qualifications
1. Graduate of any engineering courses with professional license
2. At least three (3) years experience in project management and 3 – 5 years experience in project/process/systems engineering, design engineering and maintenance planning
3. Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

1. BS Degree Holder, preferably in Behavioral Sciences and Industrial Engineering
2. Three to five years experience in Organization Development and Training
3. Up to 35 yrs old
